My bums sore.
Again.
Apparently there are more muscles in that thing than I thought. This Spring I worked on my Bikers butt. After what seemed like weeks I was ACTUALLY smiling at passer-biers as I rode along; not just grimacing in pain.
Then earlier this summer I discovered I needed to work up a Rollerblader’s butt (it would have been safe to assume I was taking riding lessons for the first time).
Who would’ve thought there’s a Swimmer’s butt too??
Does this have something to do with the fact that I have 3 kids? Or is this the sneaky secret as to why so many bikers, rollerbladers and swimmers keep smiling?
