Just Not Together

There are certain words that sound just fine on their own, but should never be in the same sentence together.

Illustration, I see no problem with any of the following words:
Mouth.
My.
Brush.
Baby’s.
Toilet.
However I do find a problem with using these words and the little word “in” together.

Toilet Brush in My Baby’s Mouth.

He’s the first one to ever do THAT.
